As a coach, Stefanie also supports C-level executives and supervisory board members who are stuck in conflict-laden situations in their professional and/or private lives or are confronted with destructive power imbalances. In doing so, she identifies their laws and works with those involved to find ways to successfully change the conflict or power dynamic in the interests of all.
