Simone is a Partner at Competence as a Service, where she strengthens the firm’s Strategy and Governance consulting practice.
She works with companies on the critical levers for sustainable growth - from strategic repositioning and transformation programmes to embedding change operationally within the organisation. In doing so, she combines analytical clarity with a strong understanding of what is practical, workable and effective in organisational contexts.
Her work focuses on transformation, digitalisation, and the question of how strategies can be implemented effectively in complex organisations.
She also specialises in Strategic Workforce Planning as well as Future Skills in the context of digitalisation and AI.
In addition, she supports start-ups and medium-sized companies as a Strategic Advisor during phases of growth and transformation.
