He accompanies companies during effective process optimization, supports the selection and implementation of ERP systems, rescues projects in distress and designs IT strategies.
In addition to his work as a partner of CaaS, Michael is the Managing Partner of KBMB GmbH & Co. KG and previously worked for the WEKA Group as well as Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
